Client project for Fitness Avenue Fitness Center
Finding a member, checking the last valid day, and reviewing renewals used to mean searching paper records. Fitness Avenue brings those everyday tasks into one membership system.
Registration and payment happen at the gym. Staff record the payment and renewal; membership dates update while earlier records stay available. Email is optional when registering a member.
The dashboard brings together membership counts, renewals, recorded collections, and expenses. Expiry reminders are prepared for verified-email members; actual online delivery has not been fully verified.
Staff and administrators can work with membership records, but cannot view a member’s private weight, exercise records, or progress photos. Activated members with verified emails access their own details from their phone.
